Early Surprise!

Two weeks and two days early right at Midnight my water broke and we knew our little girl was on her way! At 6 am our wonderful neighbor Miss Kris came over to stay with Jack. We headed to the hospital and Grammy, Poppy, and Grandma headed to the airport! Margaret Adele arrived at 3:27 pm on Sunday 5/22/11, weighing 8 lbs and 13 ozs and 20 inches in length. We were able to spend almost 3 hours with Maggie in the delivery room before she was whisked off to the nursery for her first bath. In the nursery Maggie met Grammy and Poppy for the first time and her Big Brother Jack! Upon seeing her through the window, Jack said, "Ahh, Baby Maggie, she's so cute!" (Not surprising since she looks just like him!) Soon after Grandma arrived. We were lucky to have a private room so Scott could stay the full 48 hours at the hospital too.

It was love at first sight!
